Mark at 45n5 has decided to keep 19pages free for good.  He says he may charge for custom templates and a few other items, but those are all optional things.  The core software is going to remain free.

Installation is ridiculously easy.  You can install it into a subfolder, but it will create the website on your main page.  It’s definitely worth checking out, especially at these prices.  ;)
